What are CrossFit group classes?
Our group classes are done by serving CrossFit in a cyclical, multi-phased experience to focus on certain skills during specific parts of the year. We do this in a constantly varied format to avoid becoming stale. We have multiple variations for each workout allowing all athletes, new and veteran, to get a great workout.

A group warm-up, skill & strength development, a WOD and a cool down. The workout of your life, in under an hour.
Gymnastics
Improve your handstands, pull-ups, bar muscle-ups, push-ups, core control, toes-to-bar, ring muscle-ups and much more!
Weightlifting
Add weight your clean & jerk, snatch, deadlift, back squat, shoulder press, and lots of other barbell movements.
Conditioning
Work on your running, biking, rowing, burpees, jump rope, long distance, sprints, and more conditioning activities.
