Why Group Fitness?
The Group Program at Blues City is served in a comprehensive, well-rounded fitness experience to improve your overall health and wellness as an athlete. We do this by serving CrossFit in a cyclical, multi-phased experience to focus on certain skills during specific parts of the year. We do this in a constantly varied format to avoid becoming stale.
Group fitness is a great option because it is the quickest way to make friends within the community. You will love hanging out with others that share a common goal as yours. Our controlled class sizes allow for a premier learning experience because of the ample 1 on 1 time with your coach. So whether you are there to get competitive with class, or stay in your own lane, the opportunity for self growth is here.
