You’ve heard us talk about it for a couple of weeks now..well here it is! This is our 6-week Healthy Habits Fitness Challenge.
Our Nutrition partner FuL (Kenneth Mao), is taking the lead on making this a very valuable program for us to get our fitness dialed in at the beginning of the year… and a chance to compete and win some awesome prizes too!
Here are some quick details about the event.

This Challenge is partner-based, which will give us extra accountability to get our butts in the gym and working hard on nutrition at home.
We will do a pre and post Inbody scan along tape Measurements to measure our body composition change.
We will also track a food log and gym attendance for a scored metric as well.
And to top it all off, We are going to spice it up by throwing in 3 scored partner workouts in there too.
So who can do well in this event?
- The pair of athletes that make it to the gym most consistently
- The athletes who track their food consistently (whether their nutrition is perfect or not)
- And the athletes that make a lifestyle change at home… which should be reflected in our post measurements!
- The 3 workouts will not hold the bulk of the weight on the scoring but can boost your score if your team does well.

A lot of you have already told me that you are in, but I am going to put a sign-up sheet on the front door from the lobby to the gym.. and this will tell us that you are in and when you want to get your Inbody Scan.
We will only be able to rent it for a period of time so make sure you are good about getting in on the designated times.
