BCA Youth Strength & Conditioning Power Hour

Make sure your child is game-ready, maintaining their fitness level and/or just simply having fun by being out of the house and being healthy. No matter their age, skill level, abilities or sport of interest (or lack-there-of!), there’s a spot at Blue City Athletics for your child!
What: A 6-week fitness program specifically designed to meet the needs of your child through proven strength and conditioning progressions that are safe and effective.
During class, your child will work on agility and speed, engage in specialized weight training to improve strength and power and overall increase their stamina and coordination.
Ultimately, our goal is to make sure your child not only becomes stronger, but also develops the fitness foundation to help prevent injuries (today, and in the future), and ultimately becomes a more confident athlete, in their game, in the classroom and with their friends.
Who: Coached by Steve Wallace, Founder & CEO at Blues City Athletics, this program is specifically designed for teenagers, ages 13-18.
When: September 14 – October 23 with 3 classes per week — Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
Safety Precautions: We are doing everything in our power to combat the spread of COVID-19, and ensure all members of the Blues City family are safe and healthy. We’ve gone to great lengths to ensure our space is always clean, with enough socially-distant working spaces for everyone in the gym. BCA is also a gym with 6 Bay doors that we open during classes (so you’re practically outdoors!)
