Eating to fuel workouts.
CHALLENGE FOR THE WEEK: Pre-and post-workout nutrition is simple. You eat before your workout to supply the fuel to push yourself during a training session. You eat afterward to repair the damage done to your muscles and help them rebuild and grow. Carbs and protein are the keys!
Share your pre-workout and post-workout snack ideas. If you aren’t sure what to eat before or after training, post your current intake and we can discuss it.

The Five-Minute Habit: Create a healthy habit that takes less than five minutes to perform and do it every single day for the remainder of our challenge. Small, simple wins over time lead to big successes!
BONUS TIP—GROCERY SHOPPING 101:
Shop for foods you need and like. With a shopping list full of healthy foods you enjoy, you can hit the grocery store with confidence! Get in and out quickly, and leave knowing you’ve bought all the things you need to make your meal plan happen! Remember: Don’t shop hungry!
