Looking for some quick workouts to do your with child/teenager, or anyone in your home, for that matter? Here’s some that we recommend:
- Get outside! Carve out time in your morning and afternoon when you can take a break away from the screens and go for a walk around the block. A breath of fresh air might be beneficial and help us find a sense of calm in this hectic work and learn-from-home schedule. After establishing the habit of getting outside and walking routinely, make it interesting. Run/walk intervals with your kid can add benefit to your cardiovascular system and give you the extra release your body needs after being cooped up all day. Get outside and use your fitness!
